What is Nesso?

Nesso is an app for people choosing a home in Italy. It reads the neighbourhood around an address, walks a viewing with them, and records what was checked and what is still open. Agents are a new side of Nesso, and the founding agencies help shape it.

What happens after I reserve?

We call you, show you Nesso on your own properties and set up your profile. It takes about 30 minutes, and there is nothing to install.

Is it really free?

Yes. Founding agencies get 3 months free, with no card, and keep the launch price after that. Before the free months end we tell you the price, and you decide. Nothing renews by itself.

Which cities does Nesso cover?

Today: Turin, Milan, Genoa, Rome, Florence, Naples, Bologna, Venice, Palermo and Catania. You can add properties anywhere in Italy; more cities are coming.

Is Nesso a listing portal?

No. Nesso does not publish adverts and does not sell leads. It reads the place around a property from public data, and says what it could not check.

What happens to the properties I send?

They are kept by the Nesso team to set up your agent profile. They are not published, not shown to other users and not sold. Ask us and we delete them.

Will I see what Nesso users record?

No. What a person records in Nesso stays theirs. Nothing about them is passed to an agent.
