What Nesso is

Nesso is an app for people buying or renting a home. At a viewing it walks you through what your phone can measure and what you can only find out on the spot, and keeps a record of what you checked and what is still open. Around the flat, it shows each neighbourhood on published figures: what is within walking distance, what homes sell and let for, and how the neighbourhoods rank.

Where it works

In Italy: Turin, Milan, Genoa, Rome, Florence, Naples, Bologna, Venice, Palermo and Catania.

In Denmark: Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg and Esbjerg.

What Nesso is not

• Not an estate agency: Nesso holds no listings and sells or lets no home.
• Not a valuation, a survey or financial advice. A check says what was checked and what it does not establish.
• Not the town. Nesso is also the name of a comune on Lake Como, in the province of Como; this site has no connection with it.
