Service description

Nesso is an AI platform for evaluating commercial locations. After completing a short questionnaire, you receive a fit score (0–10) for selected locations in Warsaw.

User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate registration data
• Not share account access with third parties
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable law

Subscriptions

Nesso offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Prices shown on the site include VAT.

Limitation of liability

The fit score is an estimate based on public data and does not constitute investment or legal advice. Nesso is not liable for business decisions made based on analysis results.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts competent for Nesso's registered office.
